If you are Mexican and will get married with a Foreigner in México, both of you must have this documents in order to have a successful wedding in Cancún:

● Birth certificate: Both, groom and bride need to have their birth certificate. For the Foreigner, birth certificate should be legalized and in Spanish, and translated by an authorized expert by the Higher Court Tribunal. If you don’t have your birth certificate, only passport details would be taken.

● CURP: (ONLY IF YOU´RE MEXICAN).

● ID from couple and 4 witnesses (INE, valid passport).

● Death certificate or divorce decree ,only if any of the couple is divorced or widow.

● Foreigner valid passport.

● Pre marital screening service: Medical certificate (V.D.R.L., V.I.H Y R.H) sealed and signed and with the doctor and chemical professional cedula.

● Declaration letter from both parts.

 

IMPORTANT: Documents should be in original and a copy.

● Divorce or death act; in case one or both of you is divorced or widow.
